- Landsdowne – focus on $$ costs is the argument with the most weight. Will be a city counsel vote, so not much more we can do.
- Mutchmor rink moving to Sylvia Holden (some residents upset by location choice)

The Constitution / Size of the Executive
It was discussed that the issue of there being too many people on the executive had been raised by Members of the Association.
A decision was taken to have Sandra not be an “Official” member of the executive as a result (for voting purposes), but she will continue to volunteer.
Social Committee
- It was discussed that the social committee would like to host an event in Nov/Dec.
- Location is still TBD
- Clemow was too small
- GNAG is being considered among others
Discussed having a different price for members vs non-members and maybe a sliding scale if some residents needed.
Membership update
Other business
Complaints about fishing at Dow’s lake leaving behind hooks and fishing wire that is impacting the ecosystem.
We have seen authorities checking that people fishing are properly licensed. Perhaps we can raise the issue with NCC, consider designated areas, etc.?
